Can my child attend a partial week of camp?
At this time we are only offering 5 days a week half or full day.
What are my payment options and deadlines?
A 20% deposit is due at registration with an annual family registration fee of $40(new families). The remaining balance for the week will be auto-drafted from the card you have on file on the Sunday before camp begins.
Can I cancel my registration?
The registration fee and deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be cancelled if at least two weeks' notice is provided. You can also change weeks (space permitting) with at least a two weeks' notice.
What is your policy on behavior problems?
Parents will be contacted if there is a continuous problem of non-participation, bullying, or behavior that is disrespectful to fellow campers or camp staff. Parents will be notified after the camper has been through the following disciplinary process: warning, time out(5-10 minutes), sit out of an activity, sent to leadership.
Do you accommodate children who have specific or special needs?
Although Top Notch desires to accommodate all children, we unfortunately are not able to accommodate children who are unable to function within our camp structure. This would include, but is not limited to, children who have physical disabilities, do not speak English, or need constant medical assistance through out the day. Does my child need health insurance to attend camp?
Yes, in your registration please fill out the insurance and primary care physician information for your child. This information will allow us to know how to best care for your child in the case of an emergency where we are unable to reach you.
Do you offer a meal plan?
At this time Top Notch does not offer a meal plan. With our Fun Fridays program you can pre-purchase pizza and a water for $5 and/or ice-cream for $2 at registration online. Snacks or a water bottle can be purchased from the front desk for $.50, other drinks are available for $1.
Does Top Notch allow food containing peanuts or other nots?
Top Notch does not allow any peanut products in their camp program.

What should my child bring to camp?
All campers are required to bring a face mask, a lunch, two snacks, water bottle, and a pillow or blanket for movie time. If a camper does not have a mask, one will be provided for a fee of $2.
Are camp facilities open to adults?
To limit exposure to campers, we require parents to drop off and pick up in our carpool line. We would love to schedule a tour with you if you would like to see the facility!
