Covid-19 Procedures

Safety Practices & New Information for Your Family

To help us focus on the fun of camp, we ask you to read and review all procedures and polices and help us keep every camper safe this summer.

What new cleaning procedures and policies are in place?

*Our equipment will be sprayed with disinfectant or wiped down with disinfecting wipes in-between groups using the equipment.

* All campers and staff will be screened each morning which includes taking their temperatures before entering camp. Any staff or participant with a temperature higher than 100.4 will not be permitted to enter Top Notch.

* Bathrooms will be cleaned multiple times daily.

* Persons dropping off and picking up campers will remain in their vehicles.

* Hand sanitizer stations have been increased in Top Notch. Staff and Campers will wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before activities or eating.

*Large group gathering places and games have been altered to adhere to government regulations.

Are you going to require social distancing at camp?

All campers and staff will be assigned  a "pod" thats contains two groups of campers. They will interact only with their own pod through out the day. Social distancing will not be enforced within the pod, however pods will be socially distanced from other pods to minimize interaction.

Will my child be required to wear a mask?

We are continuing to monitor the requirements and recommendations put forth by our authorities to determine the appropriate mask usage for campers. All campers and staff are currently required to wear masks at all times.
